PLANNING YOUR PORTFOLIO FOR UNIVERSITY

If you are interested in pursuing visual or architectural art at a university or college, you need to start planning your portfolio while still attending high school. Private lessons for students working to create a portfolio are held at my studio. Interested students are asked to book an interview prior to registration. This will give students a chance to set goals and devise a personalized plan. Portfolio lessons are specifically tailored for the needs of each individual according to their current skill level, areas of interest and future educational goals.

Most post-secondary institutions require ten to fifteen pieces of art and you need to submit them with your application.

In this class you will:
  1. Complete 10 to 15 artworks, while learning a variety of drawing and painting techniques.
  2. Learn tips how to present your portfolio and submit your work.
  3. Learn how to apply and present your work in an interview (if required by the university of your choice).
